In 2010 Career Decisions delivered Career2Fit™ under the Labour Market Activation Fund. Career2Fit™ was a Career Assessment & Guidance Programme provided to 1,000 jobseekers around the country. The primary purpose of the programmes was to provide individualised and person-centred Career Assessment and Guidance to help participants to scientifically identify suitable employment/careers, their training and educational needs and programmes that address those training needs.
