Miriam Magner Flynn
CEO
Miriam is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Career Decisions, Ireland’s leading Career Transition, Organisational Change and Leadership Development Firm. An award-winning company celebrating 29 years in business with offices in Dublin, Limerick, Cork & Belfast and a nationwide team.
Miriam is an internationally sought-after Change, Leadership & Career Strategy Expert. She has led the design, delivery and project management of some of Ireland’s largest Organisational Change, Restructuring, Career Transition & Redeployment Projects. Under her leadership Career Decisions has developed an unrivalled reputation and proven track record for delivering outstanding results. Her world-class expertise has been harnessed in designing programmes/solutions for both Public & Private sector organisations including national and international companies. To-date thousands of people have benefited from Career Decisions’ expertise.
Miriam leads a team of best in-class Executive & Leadership Coaches, Career Coaches, Consultants, Organisational Psychologists and Facilitators who pride themselves in delivering personalised support and unrivalled results for clients.
Harnessing her expertise, Miriam has developed a range of accredited Executive Education Programmes, most notably Ireland’s only Level 8 Diploma in High Performance Leadership and the Level 7 Diploma in Career Coaching, both accredited by Technological University Dublin (TUD).

Miriam is recognised internationally having addressed numerous conferences in Ireland, UK & US. CareerDecisionMaker.com™ is an award-winning, web-based, suite of psychometric Career Assessments which scientifically identifies suitable career options for individuals.
Miriam holds a B.Sc.Hons (Ed) from University of Limerick and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business & International Sales from the Technological University of Dublin and is an accredited Executive Coach and Career Coach. She has the distinction of being awarded the prestigious Career Management Fellow accreditation by the Institute of Career Certification International (ICCI), a title reserved for those considered to be leaders in the Career Profession.

Anne Donohue
Client Services Manager
Anne is a highly experienced and accomplished Executive Career Coach and Project Manager with extensive experience gained over the past 25 years within the Financial Services, Executive Career Coaching, Outplacement and Talent Management Sector.
Anne is a senior member of the Career Decisions Management Team, she liaises with industry leaders on a daily basis and has excellent knowledge of the Irish industrial and labour market landscape.
Anne is a results oriented senior management professional who has been heavily involved in managing large scale Talent Management, Leadership Development and Restructuring/Downsizing Projects within a diverse range of companies and market sectors such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Electronic and FMCG. She is particularly skilled in identifying the needs of organisations through consultation with key stakeholders, and then developing training and coaching solutions to match those needs.

Mairead Shorten
Senior Executive Coach & Organisational Psychologist
Mairead has 25 years’ experience in training, human resources and project management. She has a wealth of experience in supporting people through the change management process and has worked extensively with leading corporate organisations in many sectors.
Mairead has extensive experience in advising managers on how to approach the management of employees in re-structuring and change situations. She has delivered training in personal and career development to a range of audiences from employees, to professionals, to middle and senior management.
Mairead also has a wealth of experience in the design, administration and delivery of career management and outplacement programmes for both the Public and Private Sectors.
Mairead leads the Lecturing team for Career Decisions Diploma in Coaching accredited at Level 7 by Dublin Institute of Technology and the Diploma in High Performance Leadership accredited at Level 8 by Dublin Institute of Technology.

Noelle Foley-Coughlan
Client Services Manager
Noelle works with our national and international clients to lead the development of successful Career Transition, Outplacement, Leadership Development & Executive Coaching programmes.
Noelle brings 20 years’ experience in Management, Marketing & Communications, Business Development, Education & Training, and online delivery. Her proven business acumen and personalised approach builds trust and strong client relationships.
Harnessing her experience to communicate with client organisations and their employees, Noelle spearheads all aspects of Marketing for Career Decisions and CDT programmes globally and leads the overall brand strategy of the company. She continues to drive Career Decisions’ Self-Marketing and Career Transition Programmes and has played a significant role in re-imagining online delivery for new times.
Noelle brings a wealth of industry experience to Career Decisions having worked with some of Ireland’s leading brands including ETBI the national representative body of Education & Training Boards Ireland, Ireland’s largest media organisation Independent News & Media, and FEXCO Ireland’s most successful multinational financial and business solutions provider.
Noelle holds a Master of Business in Entrepreneurship where she studied the growth trajectories of what once were starting SME’s to now large global corporations operating from Rural Ireland. She also holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) in Marketing and a Diploma in International Business & Management.
